SOUTH TEXAS PROVING GROUNDS LLC
END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
EFFECTIVE DATE — SEPTEMBER 6, 2026
These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement govern your access to and use of DriveSTPG.com, the STPG Driver Portal, the STPG Parts Counter, and related STPG digital services provided by South Texas Proving Grounds LLC (STPG).
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using STPG digital services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
STPG SERVICES
STPG digital services may include access to the Driver Portal, the Parts Counter, account features, commerce tools, and related site functionality.
USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for activity that occurs through your account. Keep account credentials confidential and notify STPG of suspected unauthorized access.
PARTS COUNTER ORDERS
Product availability, pricing, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times may change. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges may be added to an order before payment. Some products may be fulfilled or shipped by STPG’s authorized dealers, distributors, manufacturers, or other fulfillment partners; necessary customer shipping and order information may be provided to those parties for fulfillment.
PRICING, SALES TAX AND SHIPPING
Before payment, order totals may be updated to reflect current product pricing, applicable sales tax, and shipping charges. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may change based on product availability and fulfillment.
PAYMENTS
Payment processing may be provided through third-party payment processors. STPG does not need to directly store complete payment-card information handled by those processors.
THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Third-party products, services, and websites may be subject to their own terms and policies. STPG is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
QUICKBOOKS / INTUIT INTEGRATION
STPG may use Intuit QuickBooks services to create or manage transactions, invoices, payments, accounting records, and related commerce information. Use of Intuit services may also be subject to Intuit’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
LICENSE TO USE STPG DIGITAL SERVICES
STPG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use STPG digital services for their intended lawful purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, interfere with, exploit, or misuse STPG systems except where applicable law provides otherwise.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not use STPG services unlawfully, interfere with service operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use the services in a way that harms STPG, users, or partners.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
STPG and its licensors retain all rights in the STPG services, content, branding, and related materials, except as expressly granted in these Terms.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
STPG may change, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature when reasonably necessary for operations, security, misuse, violation of these Terms, or service discontinuation.
DISCLAIMERS
STPG digital services are provided for their intended use and may change over time. Nothing in these Terms creates a warranty not expressly provided by STPG.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, STPG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use STPG services.
TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT ACCESS
STPG may suspend or terminate access to services or accounts when reasonably necessary for security, misuse, violation of these Terms, or discontinuation of a service.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
STPG may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page identifies when the Terms were last updated.
